572586 PSD to Wordpress and programmer needed

Looking for an expert in Wordpress to do the following! - Convert PSD (provided) into Wordpress using w3c compliant CSS and HTML5. - Make it so that subpage PSD (provided) is the default layout when I create my subpages. - The single content area of subpages must be dynamic to fit the content I enter without breaking the layout of the page. - Stripe integration on a payment page. - Must be able to add testimonials through an already existing Testimonial plugin and that updated information is placed in the correct location on the main page. CSS and HTML5 must be SEO friendly. Please provide examples of your work. No beginners please. Must be able to communicate clearly in English and be available for Skype calls. Must be willing to work through revisions with me to make sure the design is exactly as I want it (I will be checking in multiple browsers on both Mac and PC). After this project is complete I would potentially hire the winner for more work as I have big plans for this website that will require a lot of custom programming.
