Prestashop 1.3.1 to 1.4.1 Theme Display Fix

I have a prestashop page using this theme: [url removed, login to view]

The site was working perfectly on 1.3 until I upgrade to 1.4.1, now the theme is not displaying properly, as well as some of the links. (manufacturer, cms links, etc)

I need this modified to work properly (Some navigation doesn't work and some pages/images do not display)

I need someone good with Prestashop who can take multiple fast/small projects like this skype is a plus.

This shouldn't take more than a day, I am hoping to start in less than 24 hours.
