PHP Banner Management System

Its purpose is to allow advertisers to login and view their stats, manage banners, etc, as well as provide an administrative interface to manage advertisers' tickets, approve updates, etc. Attached files note: Please see the attached spec sheet for full details. Also, the [login to view URL] was created simply for a basic example. Nothing in this example (The themes, colors, general layout, etc) is required to look this way for the final project. We're hoping for your creativity in layout and GUI to far surpass this. :) For this project, we prefer a team of individuals. We really do not want outsourced, middle-man jobs. If you are such a company, then know that you must have incredible credentials to even be considered, as we've had horrible experiences in the past with these types of situations. During this process, I need to be able to stay in contact and work directly with the coders involved. You will need to be available via IM. Please note, any additional decisions or conversation related to change WILL and MUST be logged and posted on the RAC site. I do not in any way intend change the specs via IM without communication on RAC. I am very familiar with the system and have completed a number of projects for others as a coder, so I fully understand and respect your protection as well as mine. For a project this big, however, I will need continual contact through live mediums. I have AIM, Yahoo, MSN, and ICQ, so I will be available. Copy and paste bids will not even be considered. Coders must have an excellent grasp of the english language. This is not only to avoid communication barriers, but also so the code and comments are easily deciphered and manipulated. Coders must also build this system in a highly optimized way. As few redundant calls as possible. We also are hoping for a very professional, visually appealing interface! It is a large plus if you are able to show work of similar projects. Even if login access is not provided, full description with extensive screenshots would be wonderful. We are looking for truly innovative designers who will produce a cost effective, efficient, and professional result in a timely manner. For those who possess the level of expertise to complete this request, I look forward to your bid! Are 3rd party components acceptable? Possibly. Everything we need must be custom branded and modified to work according to our specs. If there are no license issues with 3rd party components (ticket systems, etc) and you're able to easily modify the system to work according to our specs, that would be absolutely wonderful as it will save much time. I expect that many of you will have existing systems to integrate that will not only save time, but add functionality to this system. Please do not hesitate to describe these in your bid. Please do not hesitate to mention what else you may wish to do to add to this system. We are not afraid to take suggestions, and we are searching for a team who will match their expertise with added creativity. We are also currently in search of a permanent, full-time team of such PHP programmers, or even a go-to team with a synergistic relationship for many further projects.
