Online mutiplayer snooker game...

Hello everyone id like a website the same has [login to view URL] Were there are rooms and users can play snooker vs each other live. There also has to be membership options were users pay 3 pound a month and get extra's example of a extra a few different cues to play with which will increase there hits on balls and hardness on balls etc . So there would be free members who could play and vips that could play but vips would have to pay so much a month via paypal and the vips would get extras on there account ( making it worth paying for ) So just looking for a website like [login to view URL] please make sure you check out what the website is like be for offering to build the website don't want soothing way different . The snooker game is made in java script .. So if you was gonna make it in java script it would have to be none copy able . Because i have been told java script is saved to the computer ? Don't want some one that makes something miles different .. The main thing im worried about is other users copying the source .... I was thinkign about ether having it has a web apps e.g on a website or ether have it has software and users would pay to be vip and then when they become vip the adds would be removed and they would get extra stuff... Or maybe not have a vip and just let users buy different items ?? This project is just for a online snooker game were users can change each other online and play snooker vs each other live. They would get points for winning a match and lose points for losing... I can set a mile stone so there is no problem with money.
