I need Two templates made for [login to view URL] script

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE BIDDING.

I need two additional templates for the [login to view URL] script (phpbb multiforum host script). User/admin demo can be found here: [login to view URL] - I am not the owner of this script, i only need new templates since the default one looks ugly.

This must be included:

- All options in admin panel must work with the templates. The designs can be simple, but they have to look nice and professional.

- Admin must be able to choose between the different templates from admin panel (this option is already included in the admin panel, but templates must be made for more choises).

- Simple statestics on front page of both templates, in footer section.

Example:

* Total forums on the network.

* Total members on the network.

* Top forums (counted by how many members and posts).

* Total registrations (included all members on all forums if possible).

* Total online network members.

* Total Posts created on the network.

* Total topics created on network.

PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT!

1. I accept 50% milestone. No final milestone payment before work is 100% complete and up and running on my server. My previous freelancer did a terrible job, so there are no discussions on the matter.

2. Have good feedback. Bad feedback bids is ignored. I have fixed price on my project, bids above the fixed price will be ignored. Be professional with your work, have pride in what you do. Be experienced within php, graphic design, website design, html, css, php, MySQL.

3. This should be a simple task if you have the experience required for the work and i will not overpay for this project. There are also a custom CMS installed (scroll to top to login to admin demo to see the CMS system). I have 115$ to spend, but i might go higher if the work is professional and looks good.

4. Please show me a showcase of similair projects (if any).

5. Be able to use Skype to communicate.

6. You must write somewhat fluid english because want to use skype to communicate.

P.S The new templates must be converted to .php files. The default template file is .hs (haskal).
