Joomla [url removed, login to view] Template Design
We require a custom Joomla Template to be designed. We have detailed mockups done in Photoshop that show what we'd like the site to look like. They are attached to this RFQ.
We require the following;
- Clean code with comments that can be maintained by other programmers if necessary
- CSS code that is descriptive of what it is defining, once again for easy maintenance in the future.
- No contact with our clients directly.
- Firm delivery dates. If you say 2 weeks, make it so, not 4 weeks.
We're looking to establish a relationship with a programmer or company that can keep doing updates and other web related work for us.
We've been in business for over 16 years and can sign a contract for proof of payment. We're shy about paying any up-front fees to companies outside of Canada, as we just got ripped off for $200 USD by 6stTech, and would rather avoid a mess like that again.
