GPS Fleet / Vehicle Tracking System

We need a complete solution for GPS tracking of vehicles. We want something similar to GPS Monitor Center ([login to view URL]). - Pages similar to the web site [login to view URL] - Demo page you can see on [login to view URL] for login : skytrackdemo, password : 123456 - Show position of car/all cars/cars in specific area etc. - Allocate the nearest car to the person who is hiring a it. Booking through SMS / CALL to the Call Centre. - Feedback Request after reaching the destination (Automated SMS to the person hired) - Show driving routes for a specific car - Show speed and heading & Halt details - Average Speed observation on particluar route. if it is less than a specified speed range, route divert alarm. - Show Fuel, Engine Status, Door & Ignition Status (If it is connected with the system) - Vehicle Service warning According to the Distance Travelled (Atomated SMS to the Authorised person) - Login groups/rights (admin, reseller, customer, drivers etc.) - Display SOS-alarms onscreen (also send out email and SMS) - Geofence (customer needs to have the ability to choose radius) - Use Google maps & Google Latitude - Ability / link to create .kml file - Different reports (export to PDF, word and Excel) - Send SMS to our system, and get an SMS in return with the address of the car (maybe also speed and heading) - Language files for easy translation and adding other languages - Support both live data via GPRS or SMS with coordinates from the trackers. - We have registered two domains. One is specifically for the above mentioned activities & the second one should work as a link to Google Latitude (Only as the same feature which can be used with the Mobiles) We need the support & Minor up-gradations if required. We need the full source code for the project.
