Donation Website

I would like a website built like this one - [login to view URL] Obviously I would like it changed around a bit not to look like the same website. Its a website that lets people donate money to charitys etc. Charitys can set up a page through the site and accept credit card dontions through the site. The general public who find the site can go through all the charitys and donate money to one of them as a one off or recuring donation. I would be happy for someone to copy the site and content but I will change the content through the backend as not to violate copyright laws. As the developer the feel and layout of the site would have to be changed as well so not to violate copyright. The givenow site has counters or results on the home page that show total donation amounts to date and how many members have donated. This would have to be on my site as well. The give now site has a list on the home page of whos getting what. This means that the last 10 or so donations are listed. I guess this feeds from somewhere so I would need the new site to have this too. The give now site has news down the right hand side numbered 1 to 4. This may feed from an external source Im not sure? But I want the facility to be able to do similiar on the new site. The give now site has givenowtube. Revolving ads either from google or placed there by private users on the site that want to pay for a featured ad space. I would like to have a facility where there is advertising space on the site where people can take a ad space and pay in 30day blocks via credit card or paypal. If a fetured ad is payed for via a credit card then the ad expires I want say a google ad to take over the spot automaticaly as soon the private ad runs out. The give now site has 2 forms of customer log ins. One is a charity lister log in and the other is a log in from someone donating money. The charity log in user - I would like them to be able to change their lisitng if needed. The donater log in obviously is different from the charity log in. If yo go through the givenow site and get familiar with it I think you will understand what I want. I am already set up with paypal and [login to view URL] with the platform to be able to accept donation/fundraising monies. I would like to know what sort of language you will build the site in and the type of backend CMS panel you will supply with the site? I want to make money off this site and will need to take a commision off the donation amount that is donated through the site. This would have to be incorporated into the site. Im not sure but I think I set this up with paypal as to the commision structure? The backend would have to be able to generate reports on income and commisions. It would have to be able to generate receipts to people who donate money via email or a printable receipt at time of donation. I noticed givenow website is not centered properly on the page. I want the new site centered in the middle. I want all the social media buttons [login to view URL] etc on the home page I want the LIKE/SHARE etc on the page that charity create too. I would like to incorporate a live blog somewhere as well. Perhaps on the page that the charity creates. They and their friends can blog on their own page and share this as well.
