Re-Design of Website (high usability)

Hello, I am looking for someone who can help redesign my website about hosting live streaming content. The website includes a control panel (or dashboard if you prefer) where users manage their live streams. The new version of the website will be based on Zend Framework. The material produced can be ready made for that. Alternatively the full set-up of Zend can be done if within your competences. If this project could be of interest to you please let me know. I would expect to receive a mockup and adapt from there to get to the final design. For this work I require confidentiality and property of all the material produced.
