CREATE A WEB SCRIPT FOR TV STREAMING

I have a Television Streaming Web Site that is controlled by a CMS. There is a front end of the CMS (Web Site) and back end of the CMS (Admin). The CMS is a fork of word press and is created in SMARTY PHP. I want someone to create-build a script for my Television Web Site. I want a Remote Control feature of some sort that CUSTOMERS can input the channel number and will take them to the page of the streaming channel. What ever number the user types in the box from their keyboard will take them to a certain web page based on the input of the channel number. You must understand PHP Smarty and some other scripts.
