Changes to Joomla site

I need to make some changes to a Joomla site, most are small changes. The site is at [url removed, login to view]
Here are the changes.
1. On this page: [url removed, login to view]
Move the contact box so that it is in a column on the left and have the other contact info on the right.
2. When we installed the template it was designed to be only a certain height, so the background is not displaying properly on certain pages. It is not expanding if the content expands and instead the footer is expanding. You can see a good example on this page: [url removed, login to view]
I need someone to make the main content background expand with the content within the template.
3. I've attached an image, it is the first slide that comes up when you open the page. I need to make this slide into a little animated sequence which starts off with just the brain, then the connections start appearing at the base of the brain, little flashes of light that turn into dots which are then connected by lines, then the connections need to turn into equations. I've also included a simple sketch of the animation. It should only be about 5-10 seconds long and I think it will have to be an animated gif, so that it can display in the slideshow, but you are welcome to try other options if you think you can do it another way.
