Auction website with additional features

We are looking for a serious company or group of people to make our website. There can not be one person alone because of this projects magnitude! Accept this and if you can match that please read further. About the project: The goal is to have a modern website that is built using Drupal. The website should not only focus on the auction function, but will also have a forum, article page (functions and layout similar to [login to view URL]), integration of the program [login to view URL] provides and some other "minor" customized functions and features. There will also be a integration of a financial management and "user fees payment" system (for a better understanding look at, [login to view URL]). The important thing to remind yourself about is that it will have to be one website, with one design and work as one website. So there is a lot of work and we have many thoughts about things to be added and customized. What would you do: We need all the functions and all of the site to be coded and designed to one website. There are some modules for Drupal out there but we need more functions and some customization to those as you can understand. So the coding as we suspect are made from existing modules, but still a lot of work. File attached: The file attached is a Excel file with a ruff draft of three of the websites pages and the functions we are planning to have on each. The layout is just a idea of how it could look like. We hope that this document can make it easier for you to understand what we think. About your company/group: We have to see some work you have done before. If you are not able to show us previous work, you are not what we are looking for! Its a big project and we have to know that you are capable of taking it on. What we need you to do when submitting your contribution if you want us to read it, is to type as a start of the bid text you are submitting with; "Drupal auction contribution..." and then your text. Otherwise we know that you have not read this description and/or are not understanding it. Procedure: We will from this "bidding" choose a company to make further contact with. With the first contact we will provide much more information about the project and what needs to be done, so that you can give us a more specific price before we go any further.
