ASP.NET MVC for CRUD XML file, Razor view - repost

Need to read content in XML file and show it in an ASP.NET page, following the design in the pdf. Need to allow CRUD operations.

Need to follow ASP.NET MVC pattern and the view page should use Razor.

I've attempted to start this project. I only got part of the Razor load from XML done. The formatting is not what I want right now (indentation is off, table doesn't align - not even sure if table is the right thing to use to have the horizontal alignment, etc. I don't know CSS to be able to properly style it). Please build upon this project, since I like the out-of-the-box look and feel for the web site and how button looks, etc. VS2012.

For the CRUD operations, I don't want it to look like the samples on the web were there's an edit link, and it redirects to an edit location. I need in-place editing. Add should create a blank section on the same page and let people enter in information. Save should write out the information to a new XML file, the name should be the current date/time of the save.

Thank you and I look forward to the final product. Please include comments also. It will help me learn how to do this, just in case I need to modify it later.

WebController\LoadTestController.pdf shows a sample of what the final page should look like (doesn't match XML right now, so please base your final UI on the XML's data)
XML is Controller.fbz7.xml. In your post, for me to know that you've read and look at the project, tell me what folder is this XML under. I won't consider any bid without this information.
