We are looking to create a site that connects people to skilled workers for events. User profiles will allow the user to: Post pictures and video, select cities they are willing to travel to, select an hourly/flat rate (as well as a minimum rate), have set rates for additional service, link with other users when more than 1 worker is required. workers will be able to upgrade their profiles by verifying additional skills that, once verified, will be highlighted as 'badges' on the workers profile. Users must be able to select dates to work on a calendar for up to 2 years in advance as well as a lead time necessary to book an event.
Visitors to the site will be able to search by city/date/event type/size for available workers. They will be able to narrow the field by cost, skills, user rating, events worked. They will be able to book via the users profile. Prices will update on the user page depending on the selected. If visitors choose to book, they will need to create a quick login (via email and password) but we would like all information to be exchanged via a message system on our website.
We are going to have a custom print order option as well that allows for customers to select a theme (out of 12 themes) and 5(of ~40) menu options, as well as customized titles, then place an order for printing.
Based on customer selections, we will need PDFs generated and send to the customer (contracts, Supply List, Worker Information, etc).
We have a graphic designer for logos and pictures. We would like the admin side of the site to keep track of sales, bookings, payments, new profiles, etc.

Hi, the site you suggest should cost around $9k to $25k, depending on the specific parts and features it will have, it could take from 2 months to a entire year of development. I recommend you to split the development part in sections that you will find easy to manage and we (as developers) will find easy to develop and keep track. That way the project is always on track.
