Visual Studio 2005/Clickonce Application Completion

I need a Visual Studio Coder 2005 with ClickOnce to complete an application the current coder is not able to finish due to time constrains. He has done a good job so far but some items are remaining on Phase 1. For the winning bidder successful completion will lead to continued work on this and subsequent projects. Only top coders with exceptional follow through and dedication to top quality interface design are asked to bid. Excellence in your work will be rewarded but excellence is mandatory. Overview This project is fairly simple it basically involves creating an interface help a user reconcile an insurance premium bill to actual data stored in a system. How it will basically work is user will download data detail records via a web service (to be provided to us) into a Net 2.0 Click Once Application (that is in progress). The Click once application will provide a nice interface for the user to group and subtotal the records and enable the user to create adjustment records that will be sent back to the database via a web service (provided to us). The existing application loads the records from webservice into an MDB and uses that MDB to populate a datagrid. All current source code will be provided to you. See attachment for further description of project. Quick award of project so review and bid quickly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
