Serial Comm program for Pocket PC IPAQ

I require a serial/IR comm program written in embedded Visual Basic. It must accomplish the following. 1. Generate a comm break similiar to the mscomm control through the IR port on the 3700 series iPAQ pocket PC. 2. Send a Hexidecimal value from the IR port or serial comm port on a 3700 series iPAQ Pocket PC to an RS-232 "dumb" device. 3. Be modular in nature so that source code can be re-used. 4. Provide a simple example of program in the form of an .vb executable so that results can be verified. I have a working Visual Basic Version of this software and I will provide the logic and subrotuines that are currently in place on the desktop version to port into the version you would be creating. I am using the serial RS-232 cable compatible with the IPAQ 3700 series computer to connect to a serial in on an external reader. You should have experience with serial communication on the IPAQ to consider this request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Embedded Visual Basic, Windows CE, Visual Basic 6.0
