I am the Chief Engineer at the college radio station on the my campus, WNTE-FM, and we are in need of some STL software to transmit our audio from the studio to the transmitter. I think that is can be done by including Windows Media Encoder but I do not know for sure. Here are the other features that I would like...
- VU meters (Bars)
- Option to change Bitrate (quality)
- textbox to change port
- textbox showing IP address of transmitting computer
- start, stop, exit buttons
- button to launch Windows Audio Mixer
I want the receiving software to be able to connect directly to this encoder/transmitter software.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
