Midi Sequencer Program

In need of a midi sequencer to run under WinXp. It should be pattern based (like a drum machine) with each pattern containing at least 64 midi tracks. Needs a minimum of 32 patterns. Patterns should be nameable as well as each track in the pattern. A pattern should be able to be saved as a pattern file. Patterns should be able to be combined in the program as a song. The program should be able to save a song file (combined patterns). The program should also save files as standard midi file for export to programs that accept standard midi files. Should be compatible with any installed midi interface. Should be able to utilize DXI or VST software instruments. NO AUDIO TRACKS!!! Just a rock solid midi sequencer.....
