php database user interface - simple project for ratings

Hello,

I'll give a 10 rating for a very simple project. I will give you a .sql file that has 1 database and 6 tables.

I need a user interface so that each table can:

* 1) Add rows

* 2) Edit/Update existing rows

* 3) Delete Rows

Instead of me using phpmyadmin, i need something much more basic that a non-tech person can use. The page itself must be password protected via a username/password that is stored in the php file you create.

1) Login Page

2) Page to edit database tables (you can have 6 pages if you want, one for each table)

3) Must be able to "view" the table as well as the edit functions

Make it fast, look pretty and easy to use and i'll give a bonus.

Linux / PHP / mysql used.
