Yahoo Messenger Cloning

I am looking for a program that will do the same thing as AIM+ from www.big-o-software. It needs to work with YAHOO Messenger. I do not want it to be identical setup as this..but the same features. Notice that from big-o-software they are offering only for AIM I am looking for YAHOO Let me know if there are other features you feel should be implemented. You agree that I own all code to this project and you cannot use this code anywhere else. There will be no references to or from you on this project. I would hope the coder would be available in the future for changes and upgrades to the system. Paid obviously I am looking for the same program for AIM Messenger and MSN Messenger's check my other bid requests for those.
