Setup web and POP/SMTP on dedicated server

I need someone to remotely connect to my computer via TeamViewer ([login to view URL]) at a predetermined time (during normal US central time zone business hours) and help me set up a new dedicated server setup with 1&1 hosting ([login to view URL]). 1&1 uses Parallels Plesk Panel for administration. This is my preferred method so I don't have to share passwords. We can communicate via Skype or the built in chat in TeamViewer.

We need POP/SMTP and web setup for email marketing. We want to use phpList ([login to view URL]) for our campaigns. The problem is that we have DNS and a website on GoDaddy and the webmail set up through Outlook.com. We need to either set it up to work independently from each other or merge our mail to this dedicated server. I think I have the SMTP set up correctly, but phpList needs to be able to access the POP to retrieve bounces in order to manage our email lists, leading me to believe we need to migrate mail over to our new server. It uses Horde for webmail so we will be ok if we have to switch. If we do need to switch, we will need to migrate the mailboxes and contents over to the new server as well.

I believe this can be done over a couple hours, so please bid accordingly. Feel free to ask questions regarding specs and setup that I may have not mentioned.
