This is the first of several upcoming bid requests with the objective of getting 2 Asterisk PBX servers setup while upgrading my skills with Asterisk. As I must have in-house expertise on Asterisk, the coder must be prepared to spend time online teaching me how Asterisk works and setting up a fairly sophisticated capability.
Desired features by importance are:
1. ACD
2. Conferencing
3. IVR
4. Recording
5. HUD
Interested parties must explain there experience with Asterisk and what they believe can be achieved in the first 5 hour session. The first 5 hours will be mostly setup with verbal explanations via phone or IM. Please also include hours of online availability and IM(s) used.
Current setup is latest TrixBox running on Linux (Centos). It is up and running with 2 soft phone extensions working (X-Lite). Also has Linksys S3102 attached but I couldn't get it working.
Willing to order whatever parts required, i.e. Digium cards.
