What is a Decomposition filtering:
A method of decomposing the image and filtering it, using FFT wavelets and DCT. It gives a good relation between smoothing and preservation of edges.
I need one or more of the methods described here:
DWT (Overcomplete Wavelets)
CWT (Complex wavelets)
DCT (Discrete cosine)
You can see an example of photoshop plugin filter that support such methods here:

I need some procedures or class methods that take as input an image as TBitmap and denoise it, using the above algorithms.
Please bid only if you know how to do it and can achieve an algorithm which gives results like that plugin.
The more algorithms you are able to implement the more you can bid.
