Time Application, Login Reg and ecart feature

I want you to prepare a simple timed application similiar to [url removed, login to view]

So people come and take test under timed conditions;

a. Practice Free Test

b. Buy Original Test

I should be able to fix total test time for the whole Test.

I should be able to fix total test time per individual Mock exam.

It should be simple to upload the Situtations (Questions) into the application.

I should be able to upload questions in various formats PDF / JPG / Picture / Excel / Word etc

If you want orginal test then you will pay for test and will then be allocated a USER name and PASSWORD to access the tests (so you can download PDF file or practice online timed test ---- simiilar to Assessment [url removed, login to view] site)

For registered users - I should be able to set time limit (only access for 30 days) or set by time (for example you can only download or sit online test 10 times) after that your registration will expire.

Unauthorised users cannot get access to the paid test unless they have registered with me i.e. paid for the original test.

Test will start and stop at certain time - you will not be able to cheat or restart the test (without admin authority). If you start the test do five questions out of total ten and exit the test.

Then if you try to reopen the same test it will start from question 5 NOT FROM THE BEGINNING.

You can see where people have loged into your site from - their activities - IP address, User name etc

You can Ban User name, send Alert message to specific User or block IP adresses

You will prepare Software to run on my site, Register / Login feature and Payment ecart feature. You will then need to integrate these on my site

For the registration page - It will be like [url removed, login to view]

For the payment method - it will have same feature as [url removed, login to view] site

All the backend report will be generated and accessed by Admin. Also option to create sub admin account available.
