Quick HTML and Banner modification needed ASAP

Need a quick touch up on the page attached. The first paragraph and the second are not fomating right and I need a basic header and footer created. We copied this from another site. The New file is named new, the original is names tinnitus and I included it so you can see what the format looks like.

Can you create a new basic header and footer graphic based on the domain names exersutra.com. Really I am just looking for this to be cleaned up a little graphically so that it looks ok.
