The goal here to have PHP Script to send bulk messages using WhatsApp.
We will have a web page were we can enter up to 100+ mobile numbers and write a message and click send the message.
PHP script must be able to detect message delivery
All Scripting must not be encrypted
Please allow for setting up on our servers once we have tested.
Please evaluate project viability, time and cost.
Define application limits (messages per hour, max messages per day)
Server requirements
No money will be released in advance, we will create a milestone and money will be released after we can test functionality. If application doesn’t works no funds will be released.
