I need a wordpress plugin for:
uploading identification document into database and save them on the server:
need an Admin side in the dashboard of Wordpress
The admin side should be:
Create a document required to be uploaded by the user(subscriber).
This should create a shortcode so I can put it on any wordpress page. This should not only be file upload but also information ex: I want user to upload they photo id, I need a field that will allow the user to add some personal information such as date of birth, country....etc. It should not be limited to that and I shold be able to modify it and add any field as required.
then in the admin panel I should be able to see all uploaded documents and make them as verify for each user.
ex:
Admin decide that user need to upload:
Photo ID,
Address verification:
User will go on a page when I have put the shortcode to upload his photo id, fill the form and upload the file to the server,
then user will do same thing with address...and all other require
ADMIN: should be able to see in dashboard admin section:
All uploaded document, with which user upload it and all information including to download the document uploaded.
then Admin should be able to make it as approved or denied
