I am in the middle of building my own software development brand. I have so much work that I am unable to finish it all by my self that is why I need additional developers to help me get where the company needs to get. What are your benefits: * You get paid regularly and at a high price range. That includes learning new technologies. * You are, your own boss. You work from where you are, you deliver and you get paid. Forget having to deal with a boss. What I am looking for: * Someone that speaks English very well, doesn't have to be your native language. Any additional language you know is a plus. * Someone that has at least a bachelor's degree in a related field. * An INDIVIDUAL only. I am looking for direct communication with the developer. I am a developer my self. * An easy to talk to person. I would expect anyone that is bidding here to be friendly and nice to talk to. Someone that is able to explain what they are doing. The ideal person would be one that would share their knowledge and experience with anyone, including the clients. Don't be scared to say you don't know something. If you believe you fit in the above description please bid. How this will work, is by giving you small jobs at first, and if you are proven to be capable I will pay you full-time. You must have basic skills for HTML, CSS, Photoshop Advanced Skills in Java, C++, PHP, SQL including VERY good understanding of network programming and concurrency More details will be disclosed upon biding. For my last client, I helped walked him through code I wrote and explained basically how Java graphics work. He was very thankful and happy that I was able to do that.
