Folder Watcher Application

Dear Freelancers

i required an app

-which can watch for password protected network folder

-if the file copied or created is image(tiff,jpg,png,bmp)

(a) resize it (aspect ratio width hieght)

(b) text/image Watermark option with all 6 position(TL TM TR,ML MM MR,BL,BM,BR)

(c) upload to ftp

all options must be configurable

-if the file copied or created is video file

(a) convert to mp4

(c) upload to ftp

-if the file copied or created other then above

(a) zip it

(c) upload to ftp
