Fix Existing Actionscript/Flash site

We are having problems with our site www.ribbontrees.us. It would be advisable for you to create a free account (which will take about 2 minutes) so you can see how the site currently works. Once you have done that we need the following adjustments:
## Deliverables
1. We have a flash file which needs to be inserted after the ribbon creation process. You can see this file at:

2. We have an admin panel where we can modify the pages like about us and foundation. Currently when we upload an image, it is not being uploaded to the front successfully when we need to change these pages.
3. Homepage First Visit and MEMBERS needs amending - This is basically changing it so it says First Visit and Members instead of FIRST VISIT and MEMBERS
4. Trees need to be remembered and stored in the database once they've been published and found when searched for by account users or anyone "touring" a tree - This problem seems to be happening as well on the current site which it up at [url removed, login to view] as well
5. The tree creation process at present will not upload an image (jpeg) to the tree, this needs attention
[url removed, login to view] would like to add tiny nations flags on top of the language box on home page - see attached [url removed, login to view]
7. Video files cannot currently be added to the ribbon creation process.
8. When you go to purchase a ribbon, the 'make payments' boxes for ribbon buying needs to be the same...The one on the right for PayPal payments is correct, whereas the one on the left for credit card payments is touching the side of the box it is in, I believe this is a css issue
9. Under manage users, in the admin panel, we would like to be able to create new administrators as well as new users.
10. In the ribbon creation process, When you upload media, you get a spinning circle, we would like this to be a percentage instead.
