To Do List Script Needed-PHP and jQuery

Hi, I need a to-do list manager developed that functions similar to one that is already created, but with some minor adjustments. My requests are mainly around how the information is displayed and grouped. NOTE that the one I listed in the url is open source, so if the code could be used and ammended you can, without reinventing the entire wheel. Note that it needs to display on mobile phones, as the example above does. To be considered, please give an estimate to clone the system I've displayed in the URL with all functionality, examples of your work that are related to PHP and JQuery or Ajax and to this project.
