Need a Template customised and installed for Open Realty

I have purchased a template from template monsetr - [url removed, login to view] and would like it cutting up and a template created for the open realty property software. There will be some custom PHP coding as well as I would like the pages changing round slightly, for example when viewing a property, if the user go tthere by searching, I would like the search results included in the panel on the right hand side for ease, this will probably involve some AJAX.

The code needs to be W3C compliant and will be run through the validation tool before any payment is made, as this is an accessibility requirement for all businesses based in the UK.

If you have used Open realty in the past, please point out the sites you have used as this will go in your favour.

The design will be provided in PSD format and there will be no Flash on the site.
