URGENT: Edition of Template

I need my joomla 1.5 template edited to be compatible with all the internet browsers as well as for the search and menus to be fixed to appear correctly on the template.

Finally for the product description be aligned properly.

Person should be competent in Joomla and Virtuemart and Template editing.
