**Email management project**
Create a page in symphony that writes to our user database. This function will allow existing users to manage the types of emails they receive. Use check boxes for each category (see categories below) and based on selected on unselected check boxes, users will opt in to certain categories of email. Then change admin sendmail functions so admin can manually identify the category of the email being sent using check boxes as well. This is done in the second step of an existing process described below. Finally, populate the emails from admin with one line of text code (at the bottom). Page design is not important, but the existing top menu items that exist for other pages must be retained.
