Simple ENOM API check for domain availability

I need a very simple domain availability tool that will work with the ENOM API. I will supply all the needed information. ASP/PHP needed.
User should be put in a domain name which will search for availability and give format the response similar to: [url removed, login to view] - use the middle search box for domain availability... Then see how the results are given, it gives the availability of the original name under a multiple of TLDs, then it also gives name suggestions below that. This is all built in to the NameSpinner command and should be very simple to get the information back in either HTML or XML. I am concerned with getting the results parsed back to my clients in a simple to view format with a check box to register only 1 of the domains.
Since all of the searching is done on ENOMs side, basically I need the formatting to be completed on the return and the ability to check 1 box and integrate this in to my shopping cart by passing the following code:
