Simple Ecommerce Site Revamp

We have a current active webiste for medical courses in the UK: [login to view URL] We require a competent web designer to upgrade our current setup. At the moment the website uses a combination of e107 CMS & Zencart. We require a single easily editable software solution eg. Zencart, Joomla, Magento or other software of the designers choice, as long it does everything we require & the final price is included in the total bid amount (hence a free solution such as Zencart etc. may be the best option). The current website advertises courses for doctors in the UK, allowing them to book & pay (via paypal) online. We require a simple but professional looking & designed site, still allowing these options as well as: 1. Allowing us to advertise products (eg books) to be sold online but then dispatched/dropshipped on our behalf - an order placed online is automatically transmitted to our supplier who can dispatch the item. 2. We require 1-2 medical RSS feeds to be displayed on a section in the main page. We will require a total of 4 main pages: Home, About Us, Contact Us, Useful lInks & Latest News. We also require an easily navigatable menu system so that the doctors can find the courses relevant to their grade (4 grades of doctors). We are willing to pay extra for a ready made template which the successful designer will be required to customise to our requirements, or pay the designer an equivalent amount to source/adapt/design a template. Also, ensure all parts of the site (such as email/invoice templates to customers) are set up & ready to go on completion.
