For this project you will need to create a web page and PHP script that takes a e-mail address and zip code and queries a MySQL database for order information. Several test records and table definitions will be provided.
The script should return a list of orders found that match the e-mail address and zip code. This will included the order number, order date and most recent order status.
Each order in the list should have a clickable link on the order number that takes the user to a order detail page that displays order information from three different database tables (order information, products, order status history). We will provide of list of fields from the tables that must be displayed on the detail page.
For a example layout of the form and details page please see [url removed, login to view] (we do not want the pages cloned but they are a good example of the data that will need to be displayed).
