PHOTO GALLERY website needed

hi, i need a website that will store all my engagement pictures 2-3videos... i have about 100-200 pictures, each pic around 3.0 megabites....but needs to be able to upload 5 mb also i think a flash website would be best, i want a short flash intro also. coder needs to provide the site the pictures need to be able to be downloaded on to anyone's computer and it should have a popup or a zoom feature to enlarge i also need a backend admin panel to add/delete pics, with gallery options.. the domain already exists, [login to view URL] whoever made me that site before did not do a good professional job and the backend no longer works either... i want a nice looking site i will pay a bonus of around $25-$40 depending on the quality of your work YOU can choose the format of the website, i dont care, as long as it works and I CAN ADD OR DELETE MORE PICS LATER ON..... to qualify for the bonus the coder will be responsible for replacing the site with the domain above. i use godaddy and i will assist with this i need to be able to put multiple galleries (so i can put the existing pictures on the site in a "dating" galllery) THANKS!!!
