Modification in VGA Switcher function

Dear Sir
I have a RGB Video Switcher which is working fine with no trouble but now I want to add a feature (Auto sequencing) in my 4 input 1 output Audio Follow Video RGB Video Switcher.
**What Is happening now** - Since there are 4 inputs to connect 4 different Computers on 15 Pin "D" Sub Socket. These inputs can be selected by Push Buttons on front Panel or by RS232. When I Power up my Switcher it selects input # 1 by default.
Suppose I have connected my first Computer to input #3 and second computer to input #4. Now in this case My switcher will select input #1 by default and I have to select input # 3 by pressing input #3 switch on front panel.
**What Change I want:** I want when I switch on my Switcher - it should not select input # 1 by default and LED for indicating respective input Should now glow.
When I Connect computer to input # 3 - It should Automatically go to input # 3. This feature is known as Auto Sequecing.
There is Provision in Electronics to Sence "H Sync" .
