Create php ecommerce product list page

Hi,
I am working on the construction of an ecommerce website and need a coder to custom build a page to list all the products.
I have already built other pages of the website and I have a design for this page.
On the left will be the navigation to search for products. There will be 2 filters controlled by hyperlinks.
Similar to this website:

The two filters will be controlled by their own table from the database and will just loop the data. When the user clicks it will display the filtered data.
There will need to be paging (next/previous etc - see link) and also filter from high-low and vice versa.
Please note that other pages may direct to this page to show a specific filter. So the page should be built so that it can use a get function e.g.
?type1id=5&type2id=8
and then it will use these variables to display data.
Please note this website is a fashion based website so will show 3 products per line.

I need this built ASAP, preferably by Monday at the latest.

Also please note that the rest of the website is built (or nearly built) including the admin section. We had a different product list page before but we need a new one, which is why we are outsourcing this job. It should be a pretty straight forward job for most coders.
