What I need, is for users who sign up to a hosting package via phpmanager to have an account automatically created for them in PerlDesk with the same username/password. Also their information such as first name, surname, domain, username etc.. passed to PerlDesk upon sign up and placed automatically into the "submit new ticket" fields, so the user doesn't have to keep typing teir info in over and over.
