Hello Programmers, I have been using [url removed, login to view] to gather names and email addresses for my optin mailing list. It works fine for me. Now I want to gather more info and saved to a file: Name (First & Last) Address City State Zip Code Phone Number Drop Down Box #1 Drop Down Box #2 Radio Buttons #1 Radio Buttons #2 Extra Text Area Box for MISC. I want this added (saved) to a file: -MySql -Excell -Text File -Other Ideas Here??? I want the info either emailed to me, or saved in a file for a day, week or month and then emailed to me.
