327571 Aweber AR Form Project

I don't have time to work out the logic or programming on this, so please bid only of you are experienced with JavaScript, HTML Forms and with Aweber.

Project: Provide a solution so that an Aweber Autoresponder Lead Capture form works efficiently and correctly on site.

Skills Needed: Understanding of JavaScript or PHP if preferred; Forms (onChange); understanding of Aweber.

Details: I have a HTML subscriber's form from an autoresponder on Aweber. The form is pasted in the attached document for this project. As you will see, besides Aweber's required system fields, there are three visible text fields and four hidden fields that are designed to capture additional information.

Task: Create a solution using JavaScript or? so that when a user adds text to the visible fields (Email address, First Name and Family Name) that the text entries automatically populate three of the four hidden fields (forth field is already set). Once complete, the form must work with Aweber without issues.

Follow up: Once this is finished, I will immediately give you another simple project where you will make an additional JavaScript or? that will be able to take posted cgi variables that are sent from Aweber to my "Thank You" page and use them to perform a mail function that is server side (site is in PHP).

But, first things first...

1. Email: User Will Enter Data Here and it will simultaneously be parsed to hidden field named "custom leadEmai"

2. First Name: User Will Enter Data Here and it will simultaneously be parsed to hidden field named "custom leadFirstnam"

3. Family Name: User Will Enter Data Here and it will simultaneously be parsed to hidden field named "custom leadLastnam"

4. (hidden) - custom leadFirstnam: "name" is parsed here

5. (hidden) - custom leadLastnam: "custom Family Name" is parsed here

6. (hidden) - custom leadEmai: "from" is parsed here

7. (hidden) - custom sponid: I have an internal switch in this field...
