Update Script to Post URL on Twitter Account

I currently have automated posts going to my twitter account that are setup as cron jobs from my site, but I need to update these posts to include a URL in the tweet.

You will need to add the appropriate link back to the site from the tweet that is displaying for the proper category like aries, pices, etc. This will most likely have to go through a URL shortener. If it will be too complicated to setup all the different links by category of the tweet, then all you need to do is add the home page URL at the end of each tweet.
