script for geocoding of >50k database entries

I need script for my website for Geocoding of 50k-60k sql entries. The entries contain the Coordinates (longitude and latitude) and i need country, state, county, city and postal code.
The script should be able to be started manually and automatically geocode all the entries in the database.
NOTE: Please attention to utf-8, so that umlauts (a/o/u with dots (on top)) are displayed without errors.
