Oscommerce shop finishing touch

I hired someone to make me a oscommerce shop but did not finished it, now I need someone to finish it.

It still needs a couple of thing like:
The product index needs a layout change (which I provide)
The product page needs a layout change
The same goes for shopping cart and order process.
All and all it just needs a finishing touch and you dont have to start building from scratch.
I need someone who can start right away, and have it done fast.
I prefer within 4 days.

ORIGINAL PROJECT (before the coder stopped) (I think alot is already done)
I deliver you are .psd file with a layout and you build it around Oscommerce.
Also what is needs is:
- CMS pages (index, faq, etc)
- Menu needs to be edited in admin of oscommerce
- Quantity mod (when I have like 5 shoes of something, not more can be sold per size
- Coupon card (owner can give or sell discount with codes)
- SEO addons
- Maybe more standard things
