Hi Please find a list of information below of what we require. Basically it is a system for task management and it should include the following: - Create Admin and Users - Admin can create task lists and give to one or various users - Users can add/edit and complete tasks - Users should be able to set time spent on each task as well as specify stage of task, e.g. started, in progress, and so on - Users should be able to specify on each task a percentage of process, e.g. 10% complete, 60% - Users should be able to specify start and end date - Users should be able to create recurring tasks, e.g. every week, day, month and so on - An updated task list should automatically be sent out twice daily with edited tasks, finished tasks, new tasks - If a new task is added by admin, Users should receive an notification via email - Finished tasks should be stored and easily accessible to reopen or edit - Users should be able to attach/upload files to tasks and these should be centrally available - We are currently running Wordpress on our site and we would like this to be able to run on our server, even if it is in another folder e.g. [login to view URL] - The task manager should be in a login area We know there are tools out there that do that but we want our own.
