Need a great Iphone programmer only for making cool entertainment app

I need an app that has the ability to search word and perform OCR. I will give you the word database. The user can search by typing or performing OCR If the user search by typing, the app will search any possible words from those letters. or If the user search by performing OCR, the app will open camera roll and the user will choose which photo that needs to be scanned THIS APP NEEDS TO BE DONE QUICKLY!!!
