Display Fan Page Photos in an iPhone App

Job Description:
We have a Facebook fan page. In our fan page, there will be photo albums. We need these albums displayed in our iPhone app so that EVERYONE who has the app can view the albums and photos.
Server side, we need the ability to UPLOAD photos to the fan page in desingated albums.
For example, a user logs on to our website, clicks upload photos, creates a new gallery and clicks upload. The photos are in our fan page and therefore also in our app.
DO NOT BID if you do not know how to complete this, or are not familar with the Facebook API, access tokens, and backend management. If you DO know these things, contact us ASAP.
