Extension for Magento with multi-sellers options

I am looking for an extension for Magento with multi-sellers options so that multiple sellers would be able to create an account and sell their second hand products. I’m interested for something like this: [login to view URL], referring also to the capability of the extension, to have the option for the seller to mark their product for swap (exchange) or donate it. In order this remark to appear in the frontend for the viewers instead of the price. So the basics that I want this extension to have are: - Seller (user) can login and upload the product and can have the option to define it for selling, swapping or donating etc - Seller can assign the product to categories or subcategories of the site - Admin can assign the product to categories or subcategories of the site - Admin can approve the products that customer uploaded - Seller can have a separate profile page with all their uploaded products in the frontend with the ability to edit them, delete them etc I would like to have the seller account with all functionality on front-end and main marketplace owner admin account on back-end.
